Starting his career as a carpenter, before entering the aluminium windows and doors industry 15 years ago. Farzan Nagshineh - NSW - Architectural Specification

After earning a Bachelor of Architecture, Farzan worked in Architectural Design for more than 8 years overseas. This exposed him to an array of projects, from high-end private residences to office buildings, resorts and landscape schemes, culminating in winning the second prize in competition for a design on a new sustainable office in Tehran.

Farzan now works for AWS, bringing a wealth of knowledge to his role, he supports architects with innovative solutions to their designs, and provides insights and alternatives to ensure the best outcome possible.

Danielle Perendic - National - Account Manager Specifier

Danielle was promoted to the role of the Architectural Specification Manager at Stormtech in 2022, she has a has a wealth of experience in the drainage, building and construction industry. Danielle has held Senior NSW Account Manager roles at Stormtech for the 6years, and has vast experience with specification, business development and commercial sales with some of Australia's largest drainage distributors including Harvey Norman Commercial, Reece, Tradelink, plumbers co-op and many independent merchants,  she has a core focus on large scale projects, and has amassed vast experience within the commercial, aged care, multi-residential, hospitality and residential sectors. Glenn Cairncross - South Coast NSW to Merimbula + West to Griffith

Glenn Cairncross has worked in Building and Construction since 1979, starting out with the biggest shopfitting company in Australia and this is where he first worked with architects. Glenn ran their Queensland office over a 5-year period, eventually returning to Sydney as National Sales Manager where he worked with Woolworths, Big W, Suzanne Grae and other specialty store projects. 

Glenn has also worked in catering, helping win food supply contacts for the police, army and bus operators. He then joined a marketing company who represented around 50 companies, where he regularly presented to architects, designers, builders, councils and engineers across Melbourne and Victoria before starting with Weathertex in 2006. Glenn loves the story of Weathertex and the environmental aspects of our products; from manufacture to market. He introduced Weathertex to many industry bodies and is proud of how the company has grown and the relationships established across several market sectors.
