VITAL: Questions of Resilience
DATES June 19-21 2025
LOCATION Dungog NSW
In the 1960s, Dungog, just north of Newcastle in the Barrington Tops, was contracted to supply glulam timbers to the Sydney Opera House, and has been a major cattle and dairy industry hub since its settlement in the early 1800s. Today the town is reinventing itself as new opportunities and ideas blow in on the winds of cultural and climate change.
This event will see creative directors Janne Ryan and Peter Salhani consider regional renewal through the lens of architecture and its role in galvanising our communities into the future.
RAA events are open to associated disciplines and interested community members as well as RAA members.
